All items sold at The Quaint Plot are printed on demand and made to order. We take great care to produce high-quality products, and your satisfaction matters to us.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at thequaintplot@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective item
  • A description of the issue

Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Sizing

Please check our size guides carefully before ordering, as we cannot accept returns for incorrect size selection. Use the following guides:

EU & EEA Customers — Right of Withdrawal

Under EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, contact us at thequaintplot@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery. You must then return the item within a further 14 days.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are your responsibility
  • Items must be unused and in their original condition
  • We will refund the product price plus the standard delivery cost you paid, within 14 days of receiving the returned item (or proof of postage, whichever is earlier)
  • We cannot refund any premium or express shipping costs you chose at checkout

Non-EU Customers

Outside the EU, we do not accept change-of-mind returns, as all items are printed on demand specifically for each order. We only accept returns for damaged or defective items.
